In the last six months we’ve been in the process of rebranding DNA Accountants. Having carried out an audit of our brand and website, it became clear that the kind of firm our clients know us to be wasn’t being represented well online.
Soon, we’ll be going live with a whole new website, and we’re excited for you to see how we’ve brightened up the place. We wanted to share the reasons behind this change, and provide an opportunity to get to know us a little better.
DNA is a business taken over by a husband and wife with a vision of bringing more warmth and human connection to a traditionally monotone and stuffy industry.
Many of our clients come to us in a pickle, in the dark about their finances and worried about unexpected bills. When you’re in a mess with no support, it can really steal the joy from running a business. You can lose track of why you started one in the first place.
We believe our clients should leave a meeting with their accountant on a positive note, feeling comforted by the interaction and confident we can help them out of a stressful situation.
Positivity is in our DNA – and it’s this real human connection that gives our brand name depth and meaning. We’re in the business of real people.
When it came to rebranding DNA, brightness and joyfulness were so important to us
Our clients know us as a colourful and chatty bunch. If you’ve spent any time in our office, you’ll know we’re all about bright colours, bright personalities and bringing a little laughter and lightness to the day.
We are serious about helping our clients solve their problems and reach their goals, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Running your own business is a big thing – exciting at times, and incredibly stressful at others. It can feel like a lonely journey sometimes if you don’t have someone to share the burden with. You want your accountant to be the kind of person you can talk to, who cares about what’s going on in your life. Someone you can have a deep chat with, and have a laugh with.
We aim to bring a little colour back to accounting and it was crucial that our brand and website communicated that (with bells on).
